 I am in-network with Anthem and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please contact your carrier to confirm that I am in-network. Also, keep in mind that sometimes your main health insurance may “carve-out” mental health coverage to a different company and I would not be in-network with that insurance carrier. You can call your insurance to double-check.

Out-of-Network

As is common for therapy in New York City, I see many people who use their out-of-network benefits. I can serve as an out-of-network provider and can provide a statement so that you can try to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Please call your insurance for information and/or see your plan details for out-of-network coverage.

My rates: $225 per 45-minute session. $300 for 60-minute sessions and $75 for each 15-minute period after one hour.
