Clinical Consultation for Professionals

Being in private practice typically means working without access to structured clinical consultation. Hence you may find it valuable to schedule consultation with a more senior or experienced colleague who can help you with cases. There are many situations where you might find it important to have a consultant. For instance, you can desire feedback on your general approach to psychotherapy. More specifically, you might want to troubleshoot a particularly challenging case or one in which you feel stuck. Some therapists simply benefit from having a regular check-in to discuss any case that is on their mind in the moment or to discuss an ongoing patient or client.

I provide clinical consultation, or as some call it “supervision”,  to those who conduct psychotherapy, usually in a private practice setting. Consultees include people in professions such as psychologist, social worker, mental health counselor, and psychiatrist. Together, we can tailor a consultation program that meets your needs.

You’re welcome to contact me to discuss your interest in consultation.
